Billing Clerk – Part Time 25 Hours
The Billing Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager, Administrative Accounting Manager and staff. These duties include but are not limited to: receptionist and administrative duties. This is a part-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm. To start, you must be available to train from 11:00 am-4:00 pm.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Receptionist duties include, but are not limited to, answering main phone, greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Order/Pick up lunches, coordinate conference room calendar and other tasks as needed.
Assist with billing, daily reports and emailing clients as directed.
A high school diploma or GED is required with 0-2 years of related experience. Experience in the analytical laboratory industry or related is helpful. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
